Ascoli, despite perfromed better than the start after arrive of new
coach Devis Mangia, conitnue to remain one of the team less convincent
of Serie B , even if permanence is not so far watching also for
opponents so weak.
Ascoli are building overall their table on home matches (they recorded
20 of 26 total points), while on the road they continue to struggle (9
lost matches on 11 played and the allowed 24 goals, the worst Serie B
defense).
Cesena, after winter break, seemed to overpass the difficult moment of
the last rounds: after narrow lost in away against Brescia, they beat at
home Virtus Entella (2-0), overall they recovered big part of many
injuried players of the last period.
